Privacy Policy

iLogix Digital ("iLogix", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. It applies to all iLogix services including this website, Fintralis, and our staffing and training services.

This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (India). Where applicable, we also adhere to GDPR principles for clients and contacts in the European Union.

Data we collect

We collect only the information we need to provide our services and communicate with you effectively. This includes:

  • Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and company name when you submit an enquiry, register for training, or engage our services.
  • Project information — technical requirements, scope documents, and communications related to your project or engagement.
  • Website usage data — anonymised analytics data via cookies (see Cookies section below). We do not track individual users without consent.
  • Financial transaction data (Fintralis only) — see the Fintralis Data section below for specific handling of AP and ERP data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Fintralis data handling

Fintralis requires access to your accounts payable transaction data — typically exported as flat files from your ERP system (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar). We take the handling of this data seriously:

  • All data transfers are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher).
  • Data is stored on isolated, access-controlled servers during the analysis period only.
  • We do not retain your transaction data beyond the engagement period without explicit written consent.
  • No transaction data is used for any purpose other than the analysis agreed in your engagement scope.
  • We will sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or your organisation's standard data handling agreement on request.
  • Fintralis does not require direct API access to your ERP system — flat file exports only.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. We use:

  • Essential cookies — necessary for the site to function. Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — anonymised usage data (page views, session duration). We use this to improve the site. You can opt out at any time.
  • No advertising cookies — we do not serve ads and do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Terms of service

By engaging iLogix Digital for any service — development, automation, staffing, training, Fintralis, or cybersecurity — you agree to the following:

  • All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins. Verbal agreements are not binding.
  • Payment terms are as specified in the engagement agreement — typically 50% upfront for fixed-price projects, net-30 for monthly retainers.
  • For contingency-based Fintralis engagements, the agreed percentage fee applies only to amounts actually recovered and confirmed by your accounts payable team.
  • Ownership of all custom-developed code, design assets, and deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment.
  • iLogix retains the right to list engagements as case studies (anonymised unless written consent is given for named attribution).
  • Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed to that point is billable at the agreed rate.

Intellectual property

Fintralis — including its detection algorithms, matching logic, and platform architecture — is the intellectual property of iLogix Digital. Client access to Fintralis is provided under the terms of the engagement agreement and does not constitute a transfer of IP.

All custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for a client engagement become the client's property upon full payment. iLogix retains no licence to use client-specific work after the engagement closes, except as required for ongoing support under an active retainer.

Open-source components used in deliverables are governed by their respective licences. We document all open-source dependencies in handover documentation.

Liability

iLogix Digital's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement in the preceding 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

For Fintralis engagements: recovery amounts are based on analysis of provided data. iLogix does not guarantee specific recovery amounts. Final recovery depends on successful negotiations with your suppliers, which iLogix supports but does not control.
